Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all learners
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-12, targeting a variety of developmental and academic needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development
- Adapt therapy strategies to suit each student’s unique strengths and challenges
