Occupational Therapist School Setting in Glencoe, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Active Minnesota OT licensure
- Experience supporting students in a school environment is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organization and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ motor and sensory skills in collaboration with educational teams
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Adapt interventions to foster student growth in academic and functional skills
- Provide direct therapy and recommend strategies for classroom adaptations
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
