Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (Minnesota)
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise and guide a COTA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to elementary and middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student support plans
- Oversee and mentor a COTA
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
- Travel between assigned sites as needed throughout the week
