Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide support in an engaging school environment serving elementary, middle, and high school students on a contract basis. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license is required
- Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school student needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective at organizing caseloads and documenting progress
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying abilities
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Address fine motor, sensory, self-care, and adaptive skills to support academic and social participation
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing consultation with school staff
