- Ability to design and implement individualized and group treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy interventions tailored to each student's IEP goals
- Work closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide in-service training and guidance to teachers and staff regarding strategies for classroom inclusion
