Qualifications/Desired Experience:

- Experience in one or more settings: schools, home health, general healthcare
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Confident in managing K-12 caseloads
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students (24-student caseload)
- Complete required therapy minutes (3,090 per quarter), averaging up to 20 hours weekly
- Assess, document, and track student progress
- Collaborate with other educational professionals and families
- Adjust therapy plans as needed per student IEPs and best practices
