Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress district-wide
- Supervise 2-3 COTAs, offering guidance and direction on daily interventions and service delivery
- Utilize ESPED (IEP System) to manage documentation, IEP goals, and compliance with school requirements
- Maintain a detailed, weekly timelog for hours and activities for approval by the Director
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional and academic success
- Deliver on-site therapy for a diverse caseload while navigating between school sites in the district
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with previous experience in a school setting
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation procedures
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate well within a team of educators and therapists
- Experience in evaluations, COTA supervision, and IEP documentation preferred
