Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active OT license in Texas
- Prior school-based OT experience preferred
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP system) highly recommended
- Experience supervising COTAs and managing evaluations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite OT services across the district (working district-wide)
- Supervise and collaborate with 2–3 COTAs
- Oversee evaluations, write and maintain IEP documentation in ESPED
- Maintain and submit accurate weekly timelogs to the Director for approval
- Ensure best practices in therapy are consistently upheld
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
