Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 25 students
- Schedule based on the elementary day (8:35 am – 3:38 pm), 2.5 days per week
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Document student progress, update records, and adhere to district policies
- Serve primarily in an elementary school with supportive district-wide collaborations
