Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current OT license (or eligibility) in Michigan
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and therapeutic interventions for children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide services, evaluations, and interventions for a caseload of approximately 25 students at the elementary level
- Support district needs, with primary service at Thorne Elementary School: 2.5 days/week, elementary day hours (8:35 AM – 3:38 PM)
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliant records
