Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current OTR license (no OTAs for this role)
- Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to participate in team meetings
- Dedication to supporting students’ functional and academic growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct OT services to a diverse K-12 population
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to address students’ needs in classroom and non-classroom settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise to support individualized student goals
