What You’ll Bring:
- Active OTR license and eligibility to practice in Minnesota
- Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably within a school setting

- Ability to develop and deliver effective, individualized therapeutic interventions
- Organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a wide range of abilities and needs
- Assess students using standardized tools, prepare evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans according to student goals and progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to adapt learning environments and support academic success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Offer in-service training and resources to staff related to occupational therapy best practices
