Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist, OTR, with authorization to work in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based OT or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and documentation for K-12 students
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with an adaptive, positive attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to an estimated caseload of 40 students across two school sites
- Assess and address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, contributing to IEP processes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports compliant with school and district guidelines
- Participate actively in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
