School Occupational Therapist | Jordan, Minnesota

This contract role supports a K-12 caseload of approximately 40 students, allowing you to provide focused, individualized occupational therapy services across two school sites. Utilize your expertise to help students grow and thrive in an educational environment.
What we’re seeking:
• Current OTR licensure
• Strong experience with school-based occupational therapy
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through high school
• Knowledge of IEP processes and goal setting
• Collaborative approach—ready to coordinate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to travel between two school locations as needed
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to a K-12 student caseload
• Conduct assessments and evaluations in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources for school staff and families to enhance student success
• Collaborate regularly with educators and staff to ensure consistent support
• Split time efficiently between two school sites to serve all assigned students
