Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Active IL Occupational Therapy license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred

- Experience supporting both general education and specialized programs like SIP is a plus
- Flexibility, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and participate in goal-setting for student progress
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to support functional and academic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure carryover of strategies across settings
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student success
