Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current OT licensure (State of Ohio)

- Skill in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently and maintain compliance with state and district standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations tailored to each student’s needs
- Develop IEP goals and deliver direct therapy sessions in group and one-on-one formats
- Integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom routines and at-home settings
- Consult with educational staff and families, fostering consistency and progress across environments
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support teams
