Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric, home health, and school-based OT settings
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions in educational contexts
- Ability to provide services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Comfortable managing a schedule that includes 3,090 therapy minutes per quarter
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience writing and contributing to IEPs is highly desirable
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective, individualized occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Manage a caseload of 24 students, ensuring compliance with mandated therapy minutes and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, progress reporting, and the development of goals
- Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques to address sensory, motor, and functional needs
- Adapt interventions and materials to promote student progress in academics and daily living skills
- Maintain accurate records with attention to privacy, quality, and regulatory compliance
