What You'll Bring:
- Active OT license and relevant credentials for school-based practice
- Solid experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, preferably as a school OT
- Ability to adapt your approach to support diverse student needs and learning styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-based mindset
- Professional, reliable, and ready to start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Evaluate students’ progress and adapt interventions to maximize participation and skill acquisition
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation on therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with special educators, classroom teachers, and families to support student goals
- Meet ESY program requirements and contribute positively to the school community
