Qualifications & Experience
• Active OT licensure in the state
• Experience providing occupational therapy in educational settings
• Familiarity with school-based OT practice and documentation
• Pediatric or school caseload experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently with a small, focused student group
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 14 students during ESY
• Assess student needs, develop therapy goals, and provide interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school protocols
• Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP processes when needed
• Adapt therapy activities to meet individual student needs and goals
• Support an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
