Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Minnesota
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals for students with a range of abilities
- Implement tailored interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills
- Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to modify classroom strategies and environments
- Provide guidance and support to families, promoting continued development at home
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and best practices
- Attend IEP meetings and share progress, advocating for the needs of each student
