Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Minnesota
- Prior experience in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of student needs
- Collaborative spirit for teaming with educators and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to IEP and 504 plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress reports
- Contribute to meetings and provide staff training as needed
- Utilize adaptive strategies and tools to maximize student participation and growth
