What We're Looking For:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
- Eagerness to work in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Assess, design, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to foster student success
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in developing goals and accommodations
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse cultural and learning styles within the school community
