Occupational Therapist School Setting in Englewood, CO

Your primary responsibilities will center on delivering high-quality OT services, collaborating closely with teachers and staff to promote students’ independence, participation, and success in their school routines. You’ll contribute your expertise to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, provide direct therapy, and coordinate with educational teams to ensure each student receives comprehensive support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid and current OT license in the state
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and strengths using standardized and functional evaluation tools
- Collaborate with educators and parents to formulate and implement goals
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students K-11th grade
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute insights during IEP meetings
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills
