You’ll manage a focused caseload of 28 students, working closely with educators and families to promote student success across a four-day workweek. Three days each week will be dedicated to direct caseload services, with an additional day set aside for targeted intervention—offering both structure and variety to your schedule.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy License required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality occupational therapy services to students across PreK-12th grade
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Manage a caseload of 28 students, balancing regular therapy and intervention services
