Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Colorado OT license (or eligibility)
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Previous school-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, especially with COTAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students in grades K–12 across several school buildings
- Conduct evaluations and participate as a collaborative IEP Team member
- Supervise and cooperate with an in-district COTA
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
