To be considered, please ensure you meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state of Arizona
- Maintain an active IVP (Identity Verified Prints) Fingerprint Card
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, particularly within PreK–8th grade populations
- Skills in adapting interventions for diverse learning and developmental needs
- Ability to collaborate with a team of educators, families, and related service providers
Key responsibilities you will fulfill:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite, focusing on improving participation in school routines and activities
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities, developing individualized plans to address their unique needs
- Communicate outcomes and strategies clearly with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in intervention planning and educational team meetings to support students’ goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation adhering to state and district guidelines
