Key Qualifications:
- Active license to practice Occupational Therapy
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations in educational settings
- Familiarity with IEPs and therapy documentation in schools
- Ability to provide both direct and indirect services
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to K-12 students with a variety of needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals and abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate records for all assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
