Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to provide effective OT services for K-12 students
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with both direct and indirect service delivery models preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultation services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports
- Focus exclusively on OT duties—no additional responsibilities such as bus or parent pickup duty
