An exciting contract opportunity awaits skilled Occupational Therapists interested in supporting students across multiple elementary and middle school sites. This position runs from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and involves working 35 to 37.5 hours per week onsite only.
Work directly with a group of approximately 45 students at various school locations, engaging in meaningful interventions and helping to encourage growth in both academic and life skills. This is your chance to make a real impact within a vibrant educational community.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current and active Occupational Therapy license valid in South Carolina
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred (elementary and middle school settings)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple sites
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite (not a teletherapy/virtual role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students per IEP guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ functional, academic, and social participation
- Document all therapy sessions, maintain student records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed
