Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy licensure (Ohio or eligible to obtain)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable providing services across different age groups and adapting to a split-site schedule
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement therapy programs based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support each student’s educational and functional goals
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt activities and environments to help students build independence and participate fully in school activities
- Provide consultative support and in-service training to school staff
