Occupational Therapist School Setting in Harvard, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Capable of providing both direct OT services and supervision to COTAs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to document progress and maintain compliance with educational plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer individualized and group OT services to students as specified in their IEPs
- Evaluate student abilities and needs, establishing tailored treatment goals
- Supervise and support COTAs, ensuring quality service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
