Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, supporting their success in academic and daily activities
- Assess students’ sensory, motor, and functional abilities to identify areas needing intervention
- Develop and implement customized treatment strategies and interventions in alignment with IEPs
- Monitor student progress, documenting growth and adjusting approaches as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Provide resources and education to staff and families to facilitate skill development at school and at home
- Travel to multiple school sites within the district as required
