You’ll work with a manageable caseload of about 35 students across nearby schools (all within blocks of each other), alongside another Occupational Therapist. With schools assigned districtwide, your impact will be felt throughout the community, and you’ll enjoy enriching experiences during your assignment from August 17, 2026, to May 20, 2027.
Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and families
- Commitment to compliance and documentation standards
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students with IEPs
- Complete assessments, create intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with another OT to manage assignments and caseload distribution
- Document progress and maintain records in accordance with district requirements
- Travel between assigned schools (all conveniently located nearby)
