Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility for state licensure)
- Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented attitude with adaptability in dynamic situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Provide input and resources for IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success within the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and compliance documentation
- Participate in professional development as needed for best practices in school OT
