- Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Delivering direct therapy and consultative services within the educational environment
- Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with all school and federal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input to ensure appropriate supports
- Educating families and school staff regarding strategies to promote student success
