Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license
- DPI Occupational Therapy certification required
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans and approaches to individual student needs
- Positive, proactive attitude committed to fostering student growth
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students onsite, in alignment with IEP goals and school policies
- Develop and implement therapeutic strategies to enhance students’ participation and performance in educational activities
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for assigned caseload
- Engage in team meetings and contribute insights to promote student progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and creative solutions to address fine/gross motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
