What You'll Do:
- Provide direct OT services to students across two elementary schools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Assess, document, and track progress for a caseload of 62 students
- Supervise and provide support to an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), overseeing their work with part of the caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Offer guidance and recommendations for adapting classroom activities to better serve students
This full-time contract includes 37.5 hours per week with a flexible, school-based schedule.
