Qualifications:
- Wisconsin OT license and School OT eligibility required

- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to multiple school environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services at two elementary schools, managing a caseload of 62 students in total
- Supervise an OTA serving students at a third school, supporting them 2–2.5 days per week
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Communicate regularly with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
