Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in school settings and/or home health preferred

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and administrators
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, both in school and home when needed

- Monitor, document, and report progress toward IEP goals
- Provide guidance and training to teachers and parents supporting students’ occupational needs
