Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to a caseload of 45 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's educational goals
- Travel between assigned elementary and middle school sites daily, providing direct, onsite therapy (no remote option)
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and educational planning
