- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain detailed and timely records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Educate and consult with teachers and caregivers regarding intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team planning
- Support the development of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills to enhance school participation
