Qualifications:
- Current NM state license (NMRLD) required
- NMPED certification (can be obtained quickly with prompt application)
- Open to both OTs and experienced COTAs
- Ability to supervise COTAs as needed
- Experience delivering OT services to children of all ages
- Willingness to travel between school sites in the Las Cruces area
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite school-based occupational therapy for a diverse caseload
- Supervise and mentor COTA team members
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs across multiple schools
- Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with district and state standards
