Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver OT services in a school-based setting, which may include teletherapy and home health as required
- Manage a full-time caseload (details to be provided), supporting a diverse student population
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with staff and participate in relevant meetings
Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT license in California or ability to obtain
- Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering student independence and participation
