We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school-based team in Laurel, Delaware for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with students in an educational setting, helping them develop the functional skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills development
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Active Delaware Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students achieve independence and educational success
