School Occupational Therapist - Liberty, Missouri

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Missouri (or eligibility for state licensure)
- Previous experience in school-based OT preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling to multiple worksites within the district
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other service providers
- Passionate about delivering client-centered therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement interventions to support students' functional academic success
- Maintain accurate reporting and progress documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and education to school staff and family members regarding OT strategies for the classroom and home
- Travel between assigned worksites (mileage reimbursement may be available)
- Work onsite exclusively – virtual/teletherapy is not an option for this assignment
