What You'll Need:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload spanning several buildings
- The ability to independently create and adjust your weekly schedule, ensuring all assigned students receive services
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to approximately 32 students per week across four school campuses
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings as needed
- Provide skilled interventions and support for students to foster independence, participation, and achievement in their classroom environments
- Make efficient use of your time while ensuring all assigned students (covering about 800 direct minutes weekly) are seen each week
