School Occupational Therapist - Littleton, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Valid CDE credential, or proof of CDE application in progress (will be considered)
- Occupational Therapy license, with experience working in school environments highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and document progress towards therapy goals
- Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Maintain detailed documentation and meet all compliance requirements
- Support students onsite at the school three days each week, providing both direct and consultative therapy services
