This full-time onsite position is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist with a passion for working in educational settings. You'll make a difference across two campuses, each with a manageable caseload and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year experience working in a classroom setting
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or proof that license is in progress (please note: TEE signatures are not accepted)
- Ability to provide references and the required documentation alongside your application
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to school-based practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based OT services to students, supporting IEP goals and educational participation
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students (25 per school)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and fellow providers
- Contribute positively to campus communities by supporting student independence and access to learning
This is an onsite opportunity at two welcoming school locations, offering a blend of stability and professional growth. The contract runs from August 17th, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with full-time hours (37.5 hours per week, including 2.5 hours of unpaid lunches).
