- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for students with a wide range of abilities and needs
- Effective time management, organizational, and caseload prioritization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Track progress, adjust strategies, and maintain thorough documentation
- Advocate for students’ success in the classroom through consultations and staff training
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student development
