Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Ohio
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage varied caseloads and adapt to changing student needs
- Knowledge of evaluation tools, intervention planning, and IEP development
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers for holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, and communicate progress effectively
- Develop strategies and modifications to promote student participation in school activities
- Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed
