Qualifications:
- Current WI Occupational Therapy License (DSPS required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
- Familiarity with middle school-aged students
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for middle school students
- Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers/staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Empower students to develop sensory, motor, and functional life skills needed for school and everyday success
You’ll enjoy working weekdays only, with consistent hours (37.5 per week) from August through October 2026.
